SPECIALISATION
The capturing of disputes in those situations where:
- The parties have become entrenched in their positions
- The focus is mainly on legal rights rather than on exploring other solutions
- The matter is likely to proceed down the litigation path if not resolved
I may be engaged jointly by the parties to act as a mediator, or simply to liaise between them to negotiate a solution. In other situations I may be engaged by one party to act as advocate and negotiate a settlement on his or her behalf.
The aim is to save considerable time, money and stress for all parties by working hard to defuse conflict and create flexible solutions by exploring fresh approaches. The methodology ensures that legal rights remain reserved.
